One Pillar Pagoda
One pillar pagoda, a historical buddhist temple in Hanoi.
The pagoda was built by Emperor Ly Thai Tong.
During the Ly Dynasty era, the temple was the site of an annual royal ceremony on the occasion of Wesak, the birthday of Gautama Buddha.

Day 1 - 2nd July 2008
We arrived at Noi Bai airport, Hanoi. Too excited, no photos were taken.
Then we headed directly to Hanoi city, which took us approx. 1 hour.
In the middle of the city, Hanoi.
